How to rent a camper?
Are you interested in a specific price? It's very simple! Follow these 5 steps:
1. Reservation
You book the camper via our online booking system. Choose the desired date and you will be shown the campers that are still available. You simply choose the camper you want to rent, mark the number of days and, if desired, additional equipment from the offer. You will receive the final price of the camper van rental. Please read this part General rental conditions!
After you submit your reservation, we will review it. If everything is in order, we will confirm the reservation, and then you have three working days to do so half of the total rental amount transfer to our account. This will successfully reserve the camper. In case of non-payment within three working days, the offer ceases to be valid and you have not reserved a camper.
2. Payment of the remaining amount
One month (30 days) before departure, you pay the second half of the amount for renting a camper to our account.
3. Deposit €1500
No later than one working day before picking up the camper, make a €1500 deposit into our account. On the day of pick-up it is possible to leave a deposit in cash. The deposit is fully refunded upon the return of the undamaged camper
Pickup of the camper
Pickup of the camper is between 14:00 and 16:00. We agree on the exact time on the day of the rental. (Out of season, in certain cases with prior agreement, it is possible to pick up the camper before 2:00 p.m.).

When picking up the camper, we will show you how to use the camper and all its accompanying functions, you will receive all the necessary documentation, we will inspect the equipment and take photos of the camper.
5. Return of the camper
Kamper vraćate između 8:00 i 10:00 sati na dogovoreni dan povratka. Ostavite dobrih pola sata da vratite kamper jer ga moramo pregledati. Ako je s njim sve u redu, u roku od 7 radnih dana dobivate depozit na svoj račun.

How is the camper rental price calculated?
The rental price is calculated according to the rental price list published on our website and varies depending on the vehicle and term.
Rental price = (number of days x price per day) + fixed costs + additional equipment*
* Additional equipment is charged and included in the rental price only if you choose it.
Price includes:
- campervan rental for a selected time period
- fixed costs including: handover, toilet chemicals, 1-2 full gas bottles, SLO vignette, external and internal cleaning
- VAT 25%
- compulsory and comprehensive insurance with a deductible of 1%
- green card
- limited number of kilometers (350km/day) - the number of kilometers traveled is charged when returning the motor home, i.e. €0.3/km (exceptions are rentals longer than 2 weeks)
- *selected accessories
Price does not include:
- fuel
- road toll
- license to drive a foreign vehicle outside of Croatia in case the country of destination is not a member of the EU
- for all possible violations that occurred during the rental of the vehicle, even after its expiration, are the responsibility of the lessee of the vehicle
What equipment does the camper I rent have?
Each camper is equipped mandatory equipment (fire extinguisher, tire repair kit, triangle, first aid, safety vest) i equipment necessary for the smooth operation of the camper (water hose, power cable extension, euro male and female power connectors, toilet chemicals, grip pliers, full gas bottle, levelers, awning tensioner, Slo vignette). In the kitchen there is everything necessary for cooking and eating, plates, glasses, cutlery, folding dishwasher and all small kitchen necessities for cleaning there is a broom and a vacuum cleaner.
How much is the weight limit on bicycle carriers?
The maximum intended carrying capacity of the bicycle carrier is 60 kg.
It is possible to carry two e bikes or 4 regular ones.
Bicycle transport is also possible in the trunk.
What are the conditions for renting a camper?
To rent a camper in Croatia, the driver must have a category B driver's license for at least 3 years (for vehicles up to 3.5 tons) and must be at least 25 years old.
Can all your campers drive with a category B driver's license?
Yes, you can drive all the campers we offer with a category B driver's license.
Is it possible to arrange an additional driver and how much is the surcharge?
Yes, it is possible to contract an additional driver at no additional cost under the conditions to match the rental conditions.

During the camper rental, you can park your vehicle for free in our parking lot at your own risk.
Is it possible to place child seats in the camper?
Yes, it is possible to place up to three child seats in the camper, one of them with ISOfox system.
In what condition do I have to return the camper?
How many kilometers can I travel?
350 km/day is included in the price, excess km is charged according to the price list at €0.30/km (less than 2 weeks). Kilometers are added up for all days together, say in 10 days it is 3500 km, but it is up to you to determine how you will allocate those kilometers in your lease. So one day you can travel 800km and the other you can be parked.
What type of fuel is poured into the camper? What is the consumption?
Campers work on diesel fuel. Consumption during normal driving is approx. 10-12l per 100 km. Consumption, of course, depends on driving style and speed. With fast and aggressive driving, these figures naturally increase, and some manage to lower them below 10l/100km.
How about electricity and electrical connections in the camper?
What should I do in case of a harmful event, eg theft, burglary, accident?
If any of the above happens to you, you should call the police to investigate and file a report. Make sure you get a copy of the police report and incident report, as well as the contact details of any other parties who may have been involved It is also recommended that you take photos of the damage to support your insurance claim Of course, inform us about the incident and the damage as soon as possible - we will help you with instructions and advice.
What are the possible costs, additional costs or loss of deposits?
The rental price is clearly stated on the automatically generated offer.
When returning the camper, additional costs may arise in the following cases:
- breach of contract or general terms of lease leads to loss of deposit
– damage to the camper, accident (your fault), lack of equipment in the camper...
– exceeding the number of km (more than 350 km/day)
- non-observance of traffic regulations - fines you received during the rental of the camper
- improperly returned camper (see the tab: "In what condition must I return the camper?")
